  When my mom was laid out Paul Ajak and his helpers were over in the corner having conversations and joking like it was a casual event. I'm kneeling there with my dead mom in front of me and they are in the other room having small talk. Then Paul Ajak comes over to me and my grandmother and tries to tell us having a private viewing is wrong. I didn't bring anything up about it at the time Bc I was grieving but looking back how rude was that? The sister was really nice but I wouldn't use this place again.
